Dear Gustaf Neumann,

Let me kindly inform you that there is an open call for papers, until January 20, for the 3rd International Workshop on Interaction Design in Educational Environments (IDEE 2014).

Educational environments have been improving at the same time that new technologies have arrived to the market. Those technologies bring with them new methodologies used for a better adaptation to the new devices. With this, interaction is one of the aspects, which has been increasing more to facilitate user's labour inside of the learning process.

At the moment, topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Conceptual models for educational applications
- Educational pervasive environments
- Educational Interface design
- New devices and interaction techniques for educative environments
- Instructional and Interaction design
- Student/Teacher centered design
- Educative Ambient intelligence
- Human factors in Educative UI design
- Collaboration, cooperation and coordination
- Design patterns in collaborative educational environments
- Classroom teaching techniques
- Model-Based Development Environments


This workshop will be held in Lisbon, Portugal on April 27 - 30, 2014, in conjunction with ICEIS (16th International Conference on Enterprise Information Systems), which is sponsored by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information and Control and Communication (INSTICC), held in cooperation with the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), ACM SIGMIS - ACM Special Interest Group on Management Information Systems, ACM SIGCHI - ACM Special Interest Group on Computer Human Interaction, ACM SIGART - ACM Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence and IEICE Special Interest Group on Software Interprise Modelling (SWIM) and in collaboration with the Informatics Research Center (IRC). INSTICC is Member of the Object Management Group (OMG) and Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC). The Logistics Partner will be the Science and Technology Events (SCITEVENTS).

Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support.
The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP, EI (Elsevier Index) and Scopus.
All presented papers will be also available at the SCITEPRESS Digital Library (http://www.scitepress.org/DigitalLibrary). SCITEPRESS is member of CrossRef (http://www.crossref.org/).
