I3E 2013 is the 12th
IFIP conference on e-Business, e-Services, and e-Society
sponsored by IFIP WG 6.11 in cooperation with TC11 and TC8.
It will be hosted in Athens, Greece. It provides a forum for
governmental, civil society
organizations, local authorities, mEs, SMEs, research and
industry.
