Papers will be reviewed according to the strict guidelines of the IEEE. Accepted papers will be on IEEE:Xplore and will be searchable by the usual search engines including Google Scholar.
We have had a number of requests to extend the submission deadline for Full Papers. We also remind the authors that this is a hybrid conference due to the uncertainty of travel at the present time. /You may request to do an online presentation if you are unable to travel to Turkey for the conference./
