The focus of this : mini track will be on the antecedents, processes and dynamics relating to : the adoption and diffusion of electronic commerce, and the subsequent impact : of adoption. A broad : perspective of electronic commerce is taken so that it includes not only : business-to-business and business-to-consumer electronic commerce : activities, but also intra-organizational electronic commerce activities : such as workflow and ERP systems and their integration with external : electronic commerce systems such as on-line shopping malls. : : Topics for this mini track may include (but are not limited to) the : following aspects of electronic commerce: : : * Models of adoption : * Models of diffusion : * Assimilation patterns : * Critical success factors : * Relationship between organizational learning and adoption : * Relationship between culture and adoption : * Antecedents and consequents of adoption : * Barriers of adoption : * Managing the adoption and diffusion processes : * Impacts on consumer behavior, business processes, : organizational and industry structures : * Virtual e-Commerce organizations : * Shopping malls : * Supply Chain Management systems : : This mini track welcomes papers addressing the above topics using a wide : range of research methodologies including conceptual, laboratory : experiments, surveys, and case studies, among others.
