Call for Papers Most knowledge management in organizations takes place within the context of end-user information systems. For the 27th Annual Research Conference, the Organizational System Research Association (SIG OSRA) invites papers, panels, and speakers to address the interplay of these two dimensions of information systems. Proposals for research papers or panels in other areas of information systems are also welcome. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
* Knowledge management--models for delivery, design, and implementation * End-user information systems in organizations * IT and organizational end-user information systems (OEIS) curricular design, development, and assessment * KM and IT in healthcare and health information exchange * Information technologies in hospitality and tourism * Distance learning technologies and applications * End-user training and support * Mobile computing and the knowledge economy * Issues and impact of enterprise information assurance and security * Qualitative and ethnographic IT research strategies/methodologies * Knowledge, innovation, and organizational change * Knowledge, collaboration and culture * Collaboration and group technologies * Business process management and redesign
