======================================================================== ==== International Workshop on Sensor Networks (IWSN'06) in conjunction with APWeb 2006 January 16-18, 2006, Harbin, China http://iwsn06.hlju.edu.cn ======================================================================== ====
Aims and Topics
Wireless sensor networks have posed new challenges in wireless communication, network protocols, data processing, self-organization and distributed algorithms. The workshop will focus on the new challenges and solutions of wireless sensor networks and their applications. The workshop topics include, but not limited to:
* Sensor network modeling, architecture, protocols and simulations * Software platforms , development tools and applications of sensor networks * Self-organization, Network Topology Management, Time synchronization and Localization * Energy-efficient data aggregation, dissemination, data processing and management * Techniques for managing loss, uncertainty, and noise in sensor data collection * Security and privacy of sensor networks * Sensor networks Integration with other system * Data sampling, information retrieval, and signal processing
IWSN06 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. We are primarily interested in position papers, vision papers, system designs and papers that address new challenges for sensor networks. Questions about the conference scope should be directed to the program co-chairs at iwsn@hlju.edu.cn.
