*PAPER SUBMISSION*
A camera-ready full paper of up to 8 pages should be prepared according to the Instructions for Authors and submitted following all the stages of the Paper Submission Process.
*PAPER PUBLISHING*
Compliant submissions will undergo a double-blind review process. Only the papers that are submitted on time, are reviewed positively and for which the registration fee is paid can be presented and published. Papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN and distributed at the Conference.
Selected papers will be invited to be extended and published in the Journal of Information and Organizational Sciences (jios.foi.hr http://foi.us10.list-manage.com/track/click?u=68b27cc0ac104db32027f4a24&id=463311aca5&e=3e72bbdf02).

Varaždin is a small charming city in the continental Croatia, country located in Central and Southeast Europe. Rich historical heritage and lively present make the City of Varaždin one of the most picturesque towns in Croatia well worth visiting.
The CECIIS 2016 Conference takes place at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI). The main building is located in the very center of the City of Varaždin overlooking the main square and the City Hall.
