The annual International Conference on Business Process Management is the premier conference for researchers and practitioners in the field of Business Process Management (BPM). The BPM Newsletter is intended for the active and growing community involved and/or interested in this conference series.

. Interview with Hasso Plattner on SAP HANA and BPM
Hasso Plattner, cofounder of software company SAP AG, stresses the importance of  in-memory databases for BPM in an interview with Mathias Weske.

. Upcoming deadline: March 20th, 2013
The deadline for the submission of research and industry papers to this year's edition of the BPM conference is approaching fast: March 20th 2013.

. BPM 2013 Workshops
This year's BPM conference will be accompanied by eleven workshops on a variety of BPM related topics ranging from process design and model collections to business process intelligence, security, and process visualization. 

. Co-located events
Besides the main BPM conference and the eleven BPM workshops there will be several co-located events: WS-FM 2013, AP-BPM 2013, CBPM 2013, IEEE Task Force on Process Mining, etc.
