The International Conference on e-Commerce
Technology for
Dynamic Commerce (CEC04EAST) is an international
forum for
researchers and practitioners in dynamic
technology and
e-Business system to exchange information
regarding
advancements in the state of the art
and practice of
dynamic technology for e-Business, as
well as to identify
the emerging research topics and define
the future of
dynamic commerce system. CEC04EAST
is the extended event
of the 2004 IEEE International Conference
on eCommerce
Technology (CEC 2004, http://tab.computer.org/tfec/cec04/).
The technical program of CEC04EAST will
consist of keynotes,
paper presentations, and panel discussion.
CEC04EAST will
also include a few special tracks dedicated
to focus areas.
Submission of high quality papers and
special tracks
describing mature results or on-going
work are invited.

PAPER SUBMISSIONS
Full papers must not exceed 12 pages
printed using at least
11-point type and single spacing. All
papers should be in
Adobe portable document format (PDF)
or PostScript format.
Authors should submit their paper via
electronic submission
or via e-mail to cec04-east@cn.ibm.com.
All papers selected
for this conference are peer-reviewed
and will be published
in the regular conference proceedings
by the IEEE Computer
Society Press. Submissions must not
be published or submitted
for another conference. The best papers
presented in the
conference will be selected for a special
issue of a
related computer science journal.
