This is the extended call for submissions for the 18th European Conference on Digital Government which is being hosted by the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain on the 25-26 October 2018.

This extended call will close on the 19th of April 2018.

We are pleased to confirm a keynote presentation from Francisco Lupianez from the Catalonian Open University.

The conference will also host the finals of the Digital Government Excellence Awards<http://www.academic-conferences.org/conferences/ecdg/digital-government-excellence-awards/> a competition to identify innovative and creative application of digital government. Papers presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to author registration and payment. The proceedings have an ISBN and ECDG proceedings are listed and/or rated by multiple organisations worldwide including Thompson ISI WOS. Papers that have been presented at the Conference will be considered for further development and publication in the following journals:
