This is the extended call for submissions for the 18th European Conference on Digital Government which is being hosted by the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain on the 25-26 October 2018.

This extended call will close on the 19th of April 2018.

We are pleased to confirm a keynote presentation from Francisco Lupianez from the Catalonian Open University.

The conference will also host the finals of the Digital Government Excellence Awards<http://www.academic-conferences.org/conferences/ecdg/digital-government-excellence-awards/> a competition to identify innovative and creative application of digital government. For more information on how to enter the competition see http://www.academic-conferences.org/conferences/ecdg/digital-government-excellence-awards/

Papers presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to author registration and payment. The proceedings have an ISBN and ECDG proceedings are listed and/or rated by multiple organisations worldwide including Thompson ISI WOS. Papers that have been presented at the Conference will be considered for further development and publication in the following journals:
