Dear colleague,
we would like to draw your attention to the Teaching Innovation
part of WITS 2019. If you are teaching IS, this is for you!
We try to collect, maintain and distribute a collection of
teaching materials/ courses that covers important topics in IS and
IT, is up-to-date, and of high quality.
Would you share your best teaching materials with the community? I
guess it depends. Here is how are trying to make it work: If you
submit a course to teaching innovation, you will be able to access
_all_ submitted courses. At the same time, _only contributors_
will be able to access anything.
Submissions should be PDF documents that describe
... title, topic and target audience of the course
... why you like the course so much, and/or why it is important or
special
... course logistics: a syllabus would be great
... how to access course materials, for example a link to a shared
folder
We will download, sort and organize materials, and we will make
them available to all contributors.
Important:
- It is not required that materials are ready now. The deadline
for putting files together is _September 20_ (one month after WITS
deadline). We will, however, use your submission to the conference
system as a signal that materials will be available until then.
- You can submit even if you have submitted other works to WITS or
ICIS.
Please consider a contribution to the collection, and share your
best courses with the community!
If you have questions or suggestions please email me at

Thank you!
