IJCCI 2013 (the 5th Int'l Joint Conf. on Computational Intelligence - http://www.ijcci.org/) has an open call for papers, whose deadline is just in a few days, more specifically on March 27.
IJCCI 2013 will be held in Vilamoura, Portugal, September 20 - 22, 2013.
The purpose of IJCCI is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners on the areas of Fuzzy Computation, Evolutionary Computation and Neural Computation. IJCCI is composed of three co-located conferences, each specialized in at least one of the aforementioned main knowledge areas:
- Fuzzy Computation Theory and Applications (http://www.fcta.ijcci.org/)
- Evolutionary Computation Theory and Applications (http://www.ecta.ijcci.org/)
- Neural Computation Theory and Applications (http://www.ncta.ijcci.org/)
The conference will be sponsored by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC) and held in cooperation with the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI).
INSTICC is Member of the the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC).
Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support.
A short list of presented papers will be selected so that revised and extended versions of these papers will be published by Springer-Verlag in a SCI Series book.
Additionally, a special issue of the Elsevier Journal of Information Fusion on "Information Fusion in Multi-dimensional Knowledge Discovery and Computational Intelligence" has been planned.
The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP and EI (Elsevier Index).
All papers presented at the conference venue will be available at the SCITEPRESS Digital Library (http://www.scitepress.org/DigitalLibrary/). SCITEPRESS is member of CrossRef (http://www.crossref.org/).
