Details
The Sixth International Research Workshop on Advances and Innovations in Software Testing is scheduled in Memphis Tennessee at the FedEx Institute of Technology on July 24-25, 2012. The workshop aims to bring together the very best research and industry practice on the subject of Software Testing.
We invite submissions related to all theoretical and practical aspects of testing including hardware testing, software testing, requirements testing, and the testing of business rules.

The workshop is organized by the Systems Testing Excellence Program (STEP) at The University of Memphis. STEP is an interdisciplinary program under the auspices of the Departments of Management Information Systems, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering, and housed in the FedEx Institute of Technology.

The workshop will be a mixture of presentations and open discussions, and it is anticipated that attendees from both academic and industry practice will benefit greatly from the free interchange of ideas and methodologies on display. 

We hope to see you at this year’s International Research Workshop on Advances and Innovations in Software Testing.

Submissions

We invite submissions of original contributions in all aspects of Systems and Software Testing including, but not restricted to:

Cultural, inter-cultural, training needs, and professional challenges 
Security issues in systems testing 
Real-time testing management on a 24x7 basis

Testing in the cloud
Interoperability testing
Testing skills and competencies
Networking testing challenges

Papers relating to any sub-discipline of Software Testing are welcome. Contributions will be reviewed based on their appropriateness of subject matter, originality and quality, clarity of presentation and analysis of the reported approaches. 

Submission Guidelines
Abstracts (of 1 page) can be directly emailed to Dr. Ted Lee (elee@memphis.edu).  The submission deadline will be March 15, 2012. 

Paper submissions in Word or PDF format are preferred. Authors should use the 8.5''x11'' two-column template provided on the conference website for formatting their papers. If a paper is accepted at least one author must register to present the paper, and final papers must be submitted in MS Word format.
