Title: From Leaderless Revolution to Citizen-Centric ICT-enabled tools for Democratization and Participation in Latin America JOURNAL EDITORS PANEL (open to all registered delegates) Scholars with editorial responsibilities in some of the supporting information systems journals will participate in an Editors Panel on Wednesday 17th of May at 1pm: Anol Bhattacherjee, Journal of the Association of Information Systems Fred Niederman, The Data Base for Advances in Information Systems Patrick Chau, Information & Management Alexandre Graeml, Revista Eletrônica de Sistemas de Informação PAPER DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP (by invition only) A Paper Development Workshop (PDW) is planned for the morning of Wednesday 17th May. This will be in a round-table format. Authors of selected papers from the conference have been invited to participate in the PDW.
