TELFOR 2019 FINAL CALL FOR PAPERS
Dear Colleagues, We invite you to participate and to submit your research papers for 27th TELFOR 2019 International IEEE Conference, November 26-27, 2019, SAVA center, Belgrade, Serbia.
FULL PAPERS SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS VERY NEAR - OCTOBER 5, 2019. Please tell your colleagues and associates about TELFOR deadline.

TELFOR HAS LONG TRADITION AND VERY NICE RESULTS TELFOR is a traditional and successful international IEEE conference, organized yearly for more than 25 years in Belgrade, Serbia. Preceding TELFOR 2018 was with over 50% of authors out of Serbia (local region, Europe, IEEE Region 8, ...), with over 230 accepted and invited papers, with over 50 different sessions and events and over 1000 participants and visitors.
TELFOR HAS RICH AND INTERESTING PROGRAM ! TELFOR activities: invited, regular and student papers sessions, companies presentations (special, technical, information, commercial), seminars and tutorials, exhibition of hardware, software, systems and services.
MAIN TOPICS OF TELFOR ARE: Telecommunications Policy and Services, Telecommunications Networks, Radio Communications, Radio and Mobile Networks, Communications Systems, Signal Processing, Applied Electromagnetics, Applied Electronics, Multimedia, Software Tools and Applications, Applied Computing and other fields related to information and communications technologies (ICT).
TELFOR HAS MODEST REGISTRATION FEES FOR AUTHORS ! Authors/co-authors of the accepted regular papers should pay registration fees. AT LEAST ONE REGISTRATION FEE PER EACH ACCEPTED REGULAR PAPER IS REQUIRED. See the registration fees and bank instructions at www.telfor.rs All in advance registration fees and special taxes should be paid before November 10. Participants and visitors without papers can participate in either the authors sections or in companies special presentations - free of charge.
PAPERS CD PROCEEDINGS AND IEEE XPLORE DIGITAL LIBRARY Papers with favorable reviews will be accepted and published in the CD Proceedings of accepted papers. An accepted paper has to be presented in regular or student sessions by its author or co-author. Upon closing of TELFOR, the conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org )
DISTANCE PRESENTATION Paper could be alternatively distance presented (by Internet, without personal presence of the presenter at the conference). Such a case should be notified before November 5 (office@telfor.rs). Additionally to the regular registration fee, a special tax for distance presented paper should be paid before November 10.
