Call for Papers
The increasing competitiveness and
demands from companies and organizations requires the adoption
of
organizational models and business
processes increasingly complex and interconnected. Business
Process
Management techniques (BPM) are used to
deal with these complex processes. Such techniques support
the activities of capture, execution,
control, analysis and improvement of business processes,
possibly with
the support provided by process-oriented
enterprise information systems.
