interconnected Webs to obtain

unsolved problem. This
conference calls for papers
describing recent research in Information
Retrieval concerning
the integration between a Web
of Data and a Web of People,
to transform pure data into
information, and information
into usable knowledge. We welcome submissions
from both research and
industrial communities
addressing the main
