Dear Sir/ Madam,

Virtual University of Pakistan in collaboration with the University of Education is organizing 4^th e-Learning and Distance Education Conference (ELDEC2017). The Committee of ELDEC2017 would like to invite you to participate in this conference. The theme of the conference is “Envisioning the Future: Rethinking, Reshaping, Redesigning Education”. 

The e-Learning and Distance Education Conference (ELDEC) aims to keep pace with the ever-changing trends in ICT where innovative developments in e-Learning can be exchanged and discussed by all stakeholders. The Conference will provide a useful forum for participants to share their experiences under this theme and will provide opportunities for networking that may lead to extend collaboration in e-Learning and Distance Education (EL/DL) among individuals and institutions.

Submissions are welcome from all the academicians, students, researchers and practitioners on the following topics but not limited to;
