SCOPE Collaborative systems form the warp for smart networked environments wherein humans, organizations, intelligent agents, and devices collaborate. Modeling, design, and development of collaborative systems of systems serve to support large number of emerging applications including security, transportation, construction, sustainability and energy management, education, government, and manufacturing.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Papers reporting original research results and experience can be submitted via Easychair (https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=prove2014). Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one author will attend the conference to present the paper. Papers must be written in English (Springer LNCS format). - Foundational Research papers (Full papers limited to 12 pages) - original contributions, not submitted or published earlier, clearly addressing the research question and motivation, relation to other work, research approach/method, reusable contribution beyond the state of the art, and validation of results. - Technological development and case application papers (regular papers limited to 8 pages) - original contributions, not submitted or published earlier, clearly identifying a problem, innovation/contribution, experimental results/validation, and potential generalization. PUBLICATION All submitted papers will be reviewed by program committee members and selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be published by Springer in the IFIP AICT series and will be submitted for indexing to ISI Web of Science, DBLP, SCOPUS, and other indexing services. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in special issues of well-known international journals.
