Dear G. Neumann,
Let me kindly inform you that there is an open call for papers, until November 13, for the International Workshop on Cooperative Model Driven Development (CMDD 2015).
Building complex and trustworthy software systems in the shortest time-to-market remains a challenging objective that competitive companies are facing constantly, and mastering the development process is a key issue towards this objective. To achieve it, software and system engineers have adopted the Model Driven Development approach - which is now well established - by putting models at the very center of the development. In the context of complex software and systems development, there are many actors involved in the development, who use different tools, methods and heterogeneous modeling languages. Consequently, Model Driven Developments are highly cooperative and must be described and enacted as such.
The CMDD (Cooperative Model Driven Development) international workshop focuses on cooperative aspects of model driven development. It aims to gather researchers and industrial practitioners working in this field. It will provide an opportunity for the community to exchange ideas and to present both emerging new technologies and understanding in the field, and results of practical experiments.
This workshop is organized by a french-asian research network (called R2IDM) set up in 2013 and funded by the AUF (French speaking Universities Agency). The goal of R2IDM is to develop joint researches in CMDD and apply them to the needs of Asian countries such as environment, health, tourism, …
The R2IDM network is intended to be enlarged through this workshop.
At the moment, topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Techniques, methods and tools for CMDD
- Paradigms of CMDD (cooperation, collaboration, distribution, models and meta-models, …)
- Modelling and Meta-modelling approaches for CMDD
- Model Driven Engineering (MDE) for cooperative developments
- Cooperative processes, Lifecycles for CMDD for MDE
- Patterns for reuse in CMDD
- CMDD models refactoring and composition
- Test, Verification and Formal aspects of CMDD
- Evaluation, quality aspects and metrics of CMDD
- Description of case studies, experimentations on real projects and empirical studies based on CMDD
This workshop will be held in ESEO, Angers, Loire Valley, France on February 9 - 11, 2015, in conjunction with MODELSWARD (International Conference on Model-Driven Engineering and Software Development), sponsored by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information and Control and Communication (INSTICC), co-organized by the ESEO Group and held in cooperation with the ACM Special Interest Group on Management Information Systems (ACM SIGMIS), Open Group SOA Work Group (SOA), IEICE Special Interest Group on Software Interprise Modelling (SWIM) and ACM Special Interest Group on Software Engineering (ACM SIGSOFT) and technically co-sponsored by the AIS Special Interest Group on Modeling and Simulation (AIS SIGMAS), IEEE Technical Council on Software Engineering (IEEE CS - TCSE) and IEEE Technical Committee on Business Informatics and Systems (IEEE CS - TCBIS). INSTICC is Member of the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC), Object Management Group (OMG) and Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents (FIPA).
Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers will be published in a special section of the conference proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support.
The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP, EI (Elsevier Index) and Scopus.
All presented papers will be also available at the SCITEPRESS Digital Library (http://www.scitepress.org/DigitalLibrary). SCITEPRESS is a member of CrossRef (http://www.crossref.org/).

*BPM 2015 - Call for Workshop Proposals*
BPM 2015 is the 13th conference in a series that provides the most
distinguished and specialized forum for researchers and practitioners in
business process management (BPM). The conference has a record of
attracting innovative research of highest quality related to all aspects
of business process management, including theories, frameworks, methods,
techniques, architectures, and empirical findings.
Submissions are invited for workshop proposals to be included in the BPM
2015 workshop program. Workshops facilitate the exchange of ideas and
experiences among active researchers and stimulate discussions on new
and emerging perspectives in line with the conference topics. Workshops
may focus on specific research topics or be devoted to applications or
standardization issues.
All workshop papers will be published by Springer as a post-workshop
proceedings volume in the series Lecture Notes in Business Information
Processing (LNBIP). These proceedings will be made available to all
registered participants approximately four months after the workshops,
while preliminary proceedings will be distributed during the workshop.
Different criteria will be considered by the general workshop chairs for
deciding whether or not a proposal is accepted. The workshop proposers
should have a strong affinity with the proposed workshop topic and be
well connected with experts on that topic. The workshop itself should
provide a forum for important, innovative and timely BPM subtopics.
Furthermore, we encourage the workshop proposers to integrate mechanisms
in their workshop to stimulate discussion and interaction beyond what is
possible in a plenary conference session. Beyond these aspects, the
workshop chairs will ensure that the accepted workshops as a whole cover
a broad spectrum of the BPM research discipline. To this end, there will
be a negotiation phase in which we seek to consolidate and mark off
promising workshop proposals that show overlap. Note that the final
decision on the acceptance format of a workshop will be made by the
general workshop chairs considering the aforementioned criteria and the
overall impression of the proposal.
Please submit your workshop proposal including at least the following
information:
• The title of the workshop and an acronym;
• An outline of the workshop theme, goals, planned activities,
and intended audience;
• An indication of whether the workshop is planned as a full day
or a half day event;
• The targeted or past acceptance rate(s) and number of submissions;
• A brief biography of each organizer;
• The activities envisioned to stimulate submissions to the
workshop;
• The tentative PC and call for papers.
Workshop proposals may be submitted as an A4 PDF document via
https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=bpmws2015 until the deadline
indicated below.
*Important Dates*
• 04 Dec 2014: Deadline for submitting workshop proposals

invites you to submit Notes. With a shorter 4-page limit, Notes are
intended to introduce work-in-progress that may be published later in a
journal, as well as to document shorter project write-ups. An ICTD Note
is likely to have a more focused and succinct research contribution to
the ICTD field than Full Papers.
Held in cooperation with ACM SIGCHI and ACM SIGCAS, ICTD is the
worldâ??s premier conference examining the role of computers and
communications in social, economic and political development. The ICTD
conferences have been taking place approximately every 18 months since 2006.
In addition to presenting Notes
<http://ictd2015.org/call-papers-notes/>, the conference will offer a

Call for Papers
Ninth International Workshop on Variability Modelling of
Software-intensive Systems (VaMoS)
Hildesheim, Germany, January 21 -- 23, 2015
Paper submission deadline: November 10, 2014
Notification of acceptance: December 08, 2014
Featuring keynotes by:
Jean-Marc Jézéquel, University of Rennes 1, FR
Stefan Kuntz, Continental Automotive GmbH, DE
-------------------------------
http://www.vamos-workshop.net
-------------------------------
== Description ==
Managing variability is a major issue in the development, maintenance, and
evolution of software-intensive systems. To be managed effectively and
efficiently, variability must be explicitly modelled. As in VaMoS '14,
the upcoming workshop goes beyond its predecessors by addressing
variability
more widely, including variability in requirements, architecture,
implementation,
validation, and verification as well as evolution of variability -- just to
name the most important of the related issues.
The aim of the VaMoS workshop series is to bring together researchers from
various areas dedicated to mastering variability to discuss advantages,
drawbacks, and complementarities of various approaches, and to present new
results for mastering variability throughout the whole life cycle of
systems,
system families, and product lines.
The workshop will feature invited keynotes by Jean-Marc Jézéquel and
Stefan Kuntz
as well as peer-reviewed paper presentations.
== Important Dates ==
Paper submission deadline: November 10, 2014
Notification of acceptance: December 08, 2014
Camera-ready version deadline: December 19, 2014
Early registration deadline: January 5, 2015
Workshop in Hildesheim: January 21 -- 23, 2015
== Workshop Format ==
VaMoS '15, like the previous VaMoS workshops, will be a highly
interactive event. Each session will be organized such that discussions
among
presenters of papers, discussants and other participants are stimulated.
Typically, after a paper is presented, it is immediately discussed by
pre-assigned discussants, after which a free discussion involving all
participants follows. Each session is closed by a general discussion of all
papers presented in the session.
The workshop language is English. Attendance is open to authors of accepted
papers, invited speakers, organizers, PC members, and to guest visitors who
commit to become assigned as discussants of papers.
== Topics (non-exclusive) ==
- Variability across the software life cycle
- Separation of concerns and modularity
- Variability evolution
- Variability mining
- Reverse engineering for variability
- Feature, aspect, and service orientation
- Software configuration management
- Architecture and design approaches for variability
- Software economic aspects of variability
- Visualization and management of variability
- Adaptivity at runtime and development time
- Formal reasoning and automated analysis of variability
- Programming languages and tool support
- Case studies and empirical studies
== Submissions ==
We look forward to receiving the following types of submissions:
- Research papers describing novel contributions to the field of
variability.
- Problem statements describing open issues of theoretical or practical
nature.
- Reports on positive or negative experiences with techniques and tools
related
to VaMoS.
- Surveys and comparative studies that investigate pros, cons and
complementarities of existing VaMoS-related approaches.
- Research-in-progress reports including research results at a premature
stage.
- Vision papers stating where the research in the field should be heading
towards.
- Tool demonstrations describing the variability-related features of
CASE tools.
The length of the submitted papers should be between 4 and 8 pages in ACM
proceedings format
(http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates).
Details on how to submit will be available on the VaMoS web site:
http://www.vamos-workshop.net
== Publication ==
The proceedings of the workshop will be published in ACM's International
Conference Proceedings Series, which includes a publication in the ACM
digital library.
Previous editions of VaMoS have been indexed in the DBLP repository
(http://dblp.uni-trier.de/db/conf/vamos/index.html).
== Venue ==
VaMoS will be hosted by Software Systems Engineering Group at the
University of Hildesheim, Germany.
